Shipping is normally by Canada Post - our preferred carrier, however we can provide service with FEDEX or UPS if requested, but this does cost more of course.

All items are insured against loss, but a few items can not be insured against damage or breakage - glass being the main item that is uninsurable, but we take great care in packing glass items to avoid any problems.

Please note that if the package appears to be damaged that you get the delivery person to sign that there is external damage to the packing - in case a claim needs to be filed, even if the packaging looks good - but perhaps the box rattles, get a signed note!
